2016 - NextGen Livestock Forum
The 2016 Agribusiness Today Forum, hosted by RDA Central West, Charles Sturt University and the Graham Centre, was held in Blayney on Thursday 28th and Friday 29th July focusing on the NextGen Livestock Industry.
The Livestock Forum – (Thursday 28th July) provided an opportunity for local livestock producers to hear first-hand from a range of expert speakers about today’s innovations in livestock management, chains and markets (speaker presentations below).
The Farming Field Trip – (Friday 29th July) in the Blayney area and involved live demonstrations with 3D imagery for live animal assessment, drones, farm management software, and sheep handling demonstrations.
The 2016 forum was attended by approximately 160 people and 95% of participants indicated
